Brief Description:
Administrative Assistant position at GoldAcre Estates in the Business Development Department.

Essential requirement: Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English.

Specific tasks:
​​·  Property acquisition and management.
​​·  CRM management.
​​·  Communication with Property Owners, partners and service providers.
​​·  Department specific documentation management.
​​·  Assisting the Department Manager.
​​·  Appointment management for the sales team.

Qualifications required:
​​·  Advanced English and Spanish.
​​·  Computer user level, CRM, Microsoft Office, Internet + Social Media.

Favourable Qualifications/Skills:
​​·  Any language in addition to English and Spanish.
​​·  Knowledge of sales and marketing.
​​·  Knowledge of the real estate sector.

Goldacre Estates S.L. is looking to add an Administrative Assistant / Sales Support to its team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the organisation, contributing to the efficient running of our daily operations.


Essential requirement: Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English.


Main responsibilities:

​​·  Management and organisation of department-specific documentation.

​​​·  Communication with owners and suppliers.

Essential requirements:

​​·  High level of Spanish and English, both spoken and written.

​ ​​·  Proficiency in IT tools.
​​​ ·  Teamwork skills.


The following will be considered an advantage:

​​ ​·  Knowledge of other languages.

​​ ·  Experience or knowledge of the real estate sector.

​​ ·  Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively (multitasking).
